Abstract
- The hematite layers were fabricated by HiPIMS and hollow cathode plasma jet systems.
- The hematite films were prepared under a low temperature even on a plastic substrate.
- The hollow cathode plasma jet yielded a high porosity nanograss pattern of the films.
- The thermal annealing increased the photoactivity of hematite films.
