Abstract
- New N-doped mesoporous titania materials were synthesised by a template-free method.
- Structural and electronic properties of the materials synthesised are presented.
- The materials were applied as visible light driven photocatalysts for methylene blue and acetic acid degradation.
- The template-free method of synthesis applied is shown to be effective for obtaining visible light active N-doped TiO2.
