Abstract
												- Anatase and rutile samples (Ti16O2 and Ti17O2) were studied by EPR spectroscopy.
- Paramagnetic Ti(III) and Oâ centers were monitored upon UV radiation at 100-160Â K.
- 17O atoms in anatase and rutile samples caused significant EPR line broadening.
- EPR spin trapping confirmed hydroxyl radicals generation upon UV exposure.
