Abstract
- Porous structure of electrospun TiO2 nanofibers was characterized in-depth.
- Optimized TiO2 nanofibers were incorporated in mesoporous TiO2 films prepared by supramolecular templating.
- Addition of nanofibers into mesoporous film results in an increase of layers thickness and decrease in dye N719 adsorption.
- Developed simplified method for the preparation of thick mesoporous nanofiber electrodes with improved solar efficiency.
