Abstract
- Bulk ZnO single crystal was grown by hydrothermal method.
- Al doped ZnO thin films with some carrier concentration were obtained by magnetron sputter.
- The interfacial electron field (IEF) will be formed due to different carrier concentration lies between ZnO single crystal and Al doped ZnO thin films.
- The photo-catalytic activity of ZnO single crystal was improved by building the IEF.
