Abstract
- P25 is deactivated in Cr(VI) photocatalytic reduction in the absence of EDTA.
- EDTA preserves the P25 photocatalytic activity in the Cr(VI) reduction.
- Cr(III) soluble complexes prevent Cr(III) deposition onto the TiO2 surface.
- Activity preservation can be a general behavior of reducing oligocarboxylic acids.
- TRMC measurements confirm the photocatalytic results.
