Abstract
- Inside fine channels of a honeycomb made of insulating ceramics, NTP (non-thermal plasma) can be generated.
- From a surface discharge at one end, NTP can be extended by a DC voltage at the counter electrode.
- Selectivity and energy efficiency of plasma chemical reactions can be improved by combining NTP and catalyst.
