Abstract
- NO LIF method was applied to investigate NOx-SCR with C2H4 over CoZSM-5 packed RF plasma.
- Vibrational temperature and rotational temperature of N2 in Co-ZSM-5 packed and no packing RF plasma was determined.
- MS-TPD method was used to analyze the enhancement of plasma pretreatment on NOy (y â¥Â 2) adsorption.
- Gas phase reactive species generated by discharge can react with stable surface species formed.
- Possible mechanism for HC-SCR of NOx over Co-ZSM-5 packed plasma was addressed.
