Abstract
This Figure shows the comparison of SO2 removal efficiencies by the dielectric barrier discharge-catalyst (DBD-C) and the dielectric barrier discharge-catalyst-photocatalyst (DBD-C-P) hybrid processes for various initial concentrations of SO2. By the combined effects of plasmas, catalyst and photocatalyst, the SO2 removal efficiencies in DBD-C-P hybrid process are higher than those in DBD-C hybrid process by 3-15% for these process conditions.
