Abstract
A controllable carbothermal synthesized bimetallic Ni-Fe NPs supported on activated carbon catalyst (Ni3Fe NPs@C) possesses superior dual catalytic functionality towards both direct hydrogenation (DH) and transfer hydrogenation (TH) of Levulinic Acid (LA) into value-added γ-Valerolactone (GVL).
