Abstract
TiO2(B)/anatase-heterophase-junction nanowires were prepared via a surface-preferred phase-transformation process. The high charge-separation efficiency, due to the heterophase junction (bulk), and the excellent surface reaction of anatase (surface) both contribute to the enhanced photocatalytic activity.
