Abstract
Bi2WO6@Bi2S3 nanoplates were fabricated by a simple ion-exchange reaction between Bi2WO6 and Na2S. Visible light photocatalytic activity of Bi2WO6@Bi2S3 in degradation of X3B dye increased 16.5 times owing to the formation of a heterojunction between the two semiconductors.
