Abstract
[H3AgI(H2O)PW11O39]3â was immobilized on a TiO2/ITO electrode, and showed enhanced electrocatalytic activity for water oxidation to O2. Our results indicate that the [H3PW11O39]4â ligand plays an important role in transferring electrons and protons in water oxidation process.
