Abstract
⺠We propose HDGD process for fabricating metallic nanoporous surface. ⺠We examine pool-boiling performance of the nanoporous surface. ⺠Nanoporous copper structure significantly enhances nucleate boiling. ⺠The enhancement by nanostructure declines with heat flux increasing.
