Abstract
► The supercooling state had no influence on the flow and heat transfer performance of TBAB aqueous solution. ► The flow friction correlations of 5 wt% and 10-25 wt% TBAB CHS were developed respectively. ► The heat transfer coefficient of 5-25 wt% TBAB CHS was in the range of 1000-7000 W m−2 K−1. ► The deteriorated heat transfer coefficient during generation could be promoted to about 2000 W m−2 K−1 by melting operation.
