Abstract
⺠DFT calculations were used to model decomposition reactions of hydroperoxides. ⺠Results show that metal sites in Co-MOF and Cu-MOF are sterically shielded. ⺠Copper paddlewheels do not catalyze hydroperoxide decomposition. ⺠Surface metal sites on Cu-MOF appear to catalyze hydroperoxide decomposition.
