Abstract
Carbon sphere supported cobalt phosphide nanoparticles (CoP/C) were successfully synthesized through a facile two-step method. The CoP/C exhibits an efficient HER electrocatalytic activity and long-term durability in both acid and alkaline media. Carbon sphere acts as a substrate which can not only avoid the nanoparticles aggregation, but also facilitate the electron transfer during the electrocatalytic process.247
