Abstract
We used a facile technique process to synthesize large-scale ZnCo2O4 nanowires arrays on Ni foam coated with graphene for supercapacitors. The obtained electrode exhibited an ultra-high specific capacitance (1626 F/g at 1Â A/g), excellent rate capability and cycle life due to optimized microstructures. 114
