Abstract
The Voc increased when increasing the H2S/(H2O+H2S) pulse ratio, however the Jsc saturated and the FF decreased above a pulse ratio of 0.27. As a result, the maximum conversion efficiency with the Zn(O,S) buffer layer was obtained when the H2S/(H2O+H2S) pulse ratio was 0.27.
