Abstract
⺠Electro-spray (e-spray) depositions of high conductive PEDOT:PSS films were studied. ⺠High conductivity of 800 S/cm was obtained by controlling the solvent evaporation time. ⺠The conductivity of the film was governed by the macro-/nano-morphology and by residual charges. ⺠The high conductive films were used as a transparent top electrode in organic solar cells.
