Abstract
⺠One- and two-diode models are presented for triple junction CPV cells. ⺠Models are fitted to experimental data over a broad range of concentrations and temperatures. ⺠Two-diode model is better, but one-diode model may be adequate for some applications. ⺠Two physical modeling issues are identified, which can further improve the quality of fit.
