Abstract
⺠Evaluation of vanadium substituted In2S3 for use in Intermediate Band Solar Cells. ⺠Incorporation of the impact of overlapping absorption coefficients. ⺠The same assumptions as in the Shockley-Queisser limit. ⺠The material is found to have a practical efficiency limit below the SQ-limit.
