Abstract
⺠Micrometric pyramids as anti-reflective texture for thin film solar cells. ⺠Post-process device step for increase light in-coupling and enhance light trapping. ⺠Idea tested at the front glass of thin film silicon micromorph devices. ⺠5% total current gain leading to13% cell efficiency. ⺠7.3% top current gain pointing to a higher interplay with the intermediate reflector.
