Abstract
⺠Push-pull squaraine chromophores, [TPA-bisHT-HP]-X-Ind [X: SQ, diCNSQ] were characterized. ⺠The diCNSQ presented significantly the red-shifted absorption compared to SQ. ⺠The diCNSQ plays an important role as effective e-accepting and charge separating mediator.
