Abstract
⺠We investigated the accuracy of photoconductance-based lifetime measurements. ⺠Different measuring methods as well as different analyzing procedures were investigated. ⺠Simulations as well as measurements at different mc- and Cz-samples were performed. ⺠Deviations occur under low as well as high injections. ⺠The applied method and procedure have to be reported to allow for comparison of lifetime results.
