Abstract
⺠We modeled the light distribution in multi-layer of the fiber-based solar cell. ⺠We proved why fiber cells exhibit better EQE than the planar configuration. ⺠Fiber cells can get high Jsc using very thinner absorber layer (<70 nm). ⺠Fiber cells enhance the absorption of charge transfer excitons.
