Abstract
ⶠMoO3 and WO3 thin films used as anode buffer layer in photovoltaic devices. ⶠThe function of MoO3 and WO3 was discussed and the thickness of them was optimized. ⶠThe morphology of optimum thickness of anode buffer layers was compared. ⶠThe optoelectrical properties of organic photovoltaic devices were investigated. ⶠHigher power conversion efficiency was obtained by the MoO3 film as buffer layer.
