Abstract
⺠Cu(InxGa1âx)Se2 nanoparticles have been synthesized by a modified polyol route. ⺠The characteristics of the CIGS nanoparticles are analyzed and discussed. ⺠The current process is short period, and requires only cheap and simple precursors. ⺠The method presented is user friendly and suitable for mass production.
