Abstract
- Two methods based on video sequences analysis are studied.
- The classical PIV method is compared with a tracking method called STÂ +Â KLT.
- Both methods were benchmarked in an experiment on a walnut tree in open-field condition.
- The STÂ +Â KLT method proved to be more accurate and robust than nat-PIV one.
- The outputs of the STÂ +Â KLT method are independent of the foliage and wind modalities.
