Abstract
► We investigate two aerodynamic methods to estimate forest roughness parameters. ► A new iterative method is proposed for roughness sub-layer corrections. ► A quadratic relationship is found between displacement height and mean tree height. ► The results of flux-variance method are much sensitive to the value of C1.
