Abstract

âº We studied the seasonal patterns in leaf reflectance, photosynthesis and color in two tree species. âº We aimed at elucidating the interdependence of drivers of large-scale remotely sensed signals. âº Spectral indices accurately reflected leaf physiology and model parameters throughout season. âº Information from digital imaging should be interpreted with care during leaf expansion.
