Abstract
⺠A flat plate is an efficient wake control. ⺠Two main flow regimes are observed with the variation of gap distances. ⺠The first regime is more sensitive to gap distance. ⺠Lift suppression is possible at a certain gap distance. ⺠Plate stall contaminates the sinusoidal form of the fluctuating lift.
