Abstract

The problems of generalized description of the supercritical-pressure fluids “normal” heat transfer are analyzed. The known empirical correlations are considered and their efficiency is assessed in view of using the refined International Standards on water and carbon dioxide thermophysical properties. The efficient methods of renovating the old correlations, as well as new correlations for calculating normal heat transfer are proposed. The modified integral method for theoretical calculating normal heat transfer is given, which makes it possible obtaining the data on the SCP flow structure.
