Abstract
The hydrodynamics, heat transfer and kinetic reactions in an industrial FCC gasoline riser are investigated by using CFD method. Under high severity operating conditions, the olefin species in FCC gasoline is reduced significantly, whereas the propylene species is increased obviously. A high reaction temperature and a long reaction time are beneficial to producing low-olefin clean gasoline and more propylene. A low catalyst-to-oil ratio might be better for the current FCC gasoline riser.Species concentration profiles in the FCC gasoline riser (wt%).146
