Abstract
⸠Simulation for droplet formation with two phase flow level set method in 3D. ⸠Five kinds of flow patterns of the droplet formation process are investigated. ⸠The pressure of the junction point during the droplet formation process can reflect the flow pattern directly. ⸠The influence of static contact angle of dispersed phase flow is essential in the droplet formation process.
