Abstract
▸ We show a method to efficiently generate Chemical Master Equation moment equations. ▸ The method uses a Z-transform of the Chemical Master Equation. ▸ The moment equations in the form of matrices of three example cases are generated. ▸ Very large matrices are produced quickly and the resulting matrix is banded. ▸ The method opens up avenues for research into high-order closure methods.
