Abstract
⺠Two-fluid model with kinetic theory of granular flow is adopted for simulation. ⺠Effect of gas flow rates on the multiple-spouted bed hydrodynamics is studied. ⺠Effect of different particle sizes is investigated. ⺠Spout diameter and fountain height increases initially and then decreases. ⺠Static bed thickness has an obvious influence on the flow behavior in the bed.
