Abstract
► Two-fluid model with kinetic theory of granular flow is adopted for simulation. ► Effect of gas flow rates on the multiple-spouted bed hydrodynamics is studied. ► Effect of different particle sizes is investigated. ► Spout diameter and fountain height increases initially and then decreases. ► Static bed thickness has an obvious influence on the flow behavior in the bed.
