Abstract
⺠Use of an ABS is demonstrated as an in situ concentration monitor.⺠Experimental echo responses are compared to theoretical fits. ⺠Theory found to overpredict concs. >2.5 g/L, due to interparticle scattering. ⺠A novel interpolated differential approach is then used to correlate concentration. ⺠Attenuation increase with respects to conc. found to be independent of system depth.
