Abstract
⺠Phase transformation mechanism of salt to its free base is studied. ⺠Classical Nucleation Theory is used to interpret the nucleation of the free base. ⺠Phase transformation in excipients suspensions is predicted. ⺠Results are significant for optimal excipients selection. ⺠And thus significant for robust formulation design of solid dosage pharmaceuticals.
