Abstract
⺠Oiling out was investigated using in situ tools. ⺠We develop an understanding of the oiling out region and mechanism. ⺠A novel, calibration free control method is implemented. ⺠Supersaturation is maintained a constant level during batch experiments using this control method. ⺠Oiling out is prevented and a well designed crystallization developed.
