Abstract
⺠Silica nano-particles are precipitated from aqueous solutions. ⺠Agglomeration of silica particles is interpreted based on surface chemistry and effects of colloidal forces. ⺠Stabilization of silica suspension is interpreted using the concept of stability ratio.
