Abstract
The direct quadrature method of moments combining with the interaction by exchange with the mean model (DQMOM-IEM) created with C language customizes Fluent software and it is first used to predict the micro-mixing effects on the course of parallel competing chemical reactions carried out in a semi-batch stirred tank. The predicted segregation indexes are in good agreement with the experimental data.160
