Abstract
⺠The complexity and trade-offs in design of GTL processes are highlighted. ⺠Conversion technologies with syngas recycle structure options in GTL are explained. ⺠A GTL process synthesis model is formulated for MINLP optimisation. ⺠An automatic initialisation procedure ensures a good starting point for the Non Linear Programming solver. ⺠Already in a small example the benefit of the tool has been proven.
