Abstract
⺠We develop simple yet powerful MILP model for multi-period enterprise-wide planning. ⺠Our model for integrates procurement, production, and distribution constraints. ⺠The model includes effects of tax differentials, shelf-lives, and waste handling. ⺠We solve two example problems of planning multinational pharmaceutical enterprise. ⺠Includes a large problem with 34 entities and 9 products for a period of 5 years.
