Abstract
The synthesized amorphous and tetragonal rutile TiO2 inside CNFs act as rich electrons collective, meanwhile, the crystal-amorphous TiO2 has great wetting ability because of high sorption of H2O, OHâ, thus the “synapse-like” nanoparticles provide more effective contact area and introduce pseudo-capacitance as compared to pristine electrospun CNFs.
