Abstract
The graphene wrapped hollow Zn2SnO4 boxes are fabricated via the electrostatic interaction. The flexible graphene wrapping layers, as a physical buffering matrix to reinforce the hollow structure, prevent interparticle agglomeration and improve the electronic conductivity of the hollow Zn2SnO4 boxes. Compared with our previous studies, graphene wrapping Zn2SnO4 boxes show an enhanced electrochemical performance (678.2 mAhg−1 after 45 cycles) and high rate capability. With rational and delicate design, this kind of composites may be the potential anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.
