Abstract
- The hierarchically porous micro-rod Li1.2Ni0.13Mn0.54Co0.13O2 material is prepared by a facile hydrothermal method.
- This material exhibits good cycling performance.
- It delivers discharge capacities of 280.7, 254.8, 232.3, 225.6, 201.7 and 172.7 mAh gâ1 at 0.1Â C, 0.2Â C, 0.5Â C, 1Â C, 2Â C and 5Â C rates, respectively.
- Excellent rate capability and cycleability are obtained attributed to the hierarchically porous micro-rod structure.
