Abstract
- CdS nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical route.
- The morphology and optical properties of the nanoparticles were analysed.
- The energy gap were calculated as 2.54 (CdS1) and 2.57 (CdS2).
- X-ray pattern confirms the cubic phase.
- The electrical conductivity was found to be dependent on the size.
