- The Generalized Electron Balance (GEB) is considered as a Law of Nature.
- A new criterion distinguishing redox and non-redox systems is presented.
- Two equivalent approaches to formulation of GEB are presented.
- GEB is applicable for electrolytic redox systems of any degree of complexity.
