Abstract
- ZnO-decorated TiO2 nanotubes (NTs) followed by annealing for DSSCs was fabricated.
- ZnO/TiO2 NTs having high specific surface area increased the amount of dye loading.
- The DSSC with ZnO/TiO2 NTs showed higher efficiency (3.18%) than that with TiO2 NTs.
- The electron lifetime and internal resistance in DSSC with ZnO/TiO2 NTs were improved.
